羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的軸承拆除有以下5鐘方法
1.敲擊法。是一種*簡單、*常見的軸承拆卸方法。借助錘擊的力量使相互配合的零件產(chǎn)生位移而相互脫離,實(shí)現(xiàn)拆卸。采用敲擊法拆卸軸承時(shí),敲擊力不應(yīng)施加在軸承的滾動體和保持架上,一般應(yīng)施加在軸承內(nèi)圈,這種拆卸方法簡單易行,但常會損壞零件,甚至達(dá)不到拆卸的目的。
?、?拉出法。利用2爪或3爪拉馬等工具拆卸軸承,采用拉出法軸承受力均勻,拆卸力的大小和方向容易控制,適用于軸承與軸配合過盈量較大的情況。這種方法損壞零部件的概率較小。
3.推壓法。利用壓力機(jī)將軸承推出,優(yōu)點(diǎn)是工作可靠,對機(jī)器和軸承的損傷小。拆卸時(shí)壓力機(jī)的著力點(diǎn)應(yīng)保持在軸的中心,墊塊抵住軸承內(nèi)圈。
4.熱拆法。用熱拆法拆卸軸承時(shí),首先應(yīng)將拉具安裝在準(zhǔn)備拆卸的軸承上,并提供一定的預(yù)拉力。用高溫機(jī)油(100°℃左右)反復(fù)淋澆在軸承上,軸承圈受熱膨脹后改變與軸的配合過盈量。如需拆卸軸承較少或沒有大量機(jī)油,可以采用噴槍烘烤的方式,但要注意軸承加熱時(shí)溫度不能太高且火焰不能對著軸,防止軸受熱后材料組織結(jié)構(gòu)變化。
5.液壓法。適用于尺寸較大且配合很緊的軸承,使用液壓拆卸時(shí)軸上應(yīng)有預(yù)制孔。液壓拆卸工具主要有液壓泵、液壓管、壓力表及接頭等,并需要配合拉馬使用。操作時(shí)壓力應(yīng)緩慢升高,聽到軸承與軸分離的聲音后,使用拉馬等工具拆卸。如在打壓過程中壓力已升的很高,但始終沒有分離,應(yīng)首先泄壓,避免壓力過高出現(xiàn)設(shè)備損壞、人員受傷等情況。
羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)更換油封的方法
三葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)更換軸承,在拆卸過程中,難免會傷害到油封!即使傷害不大,但經(jīng)理了拆卸與長期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后的油封,密封效果與壽命會大打折扣!因此,更換三葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)軸承時(shí),也要更換相應(yīng)的油封!
羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的油封組通常由3~4個(gè)骨架油封組合而成,其中兩個(gè)油封背靠背地裝在與被輸氣體接觸的內(nèi)側(cè),另一個(gè)(或兩個(gè))裝在外側(cè)。全部元件裝在一個(gè)密封座中,成為一個(gè)密封組,中間可注脂潤滑。骨架油封組屬于接觸型密封,容易造成軸(與油封唇口接觸部位)的磨損。但由于結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,裝拆方便,成本低廉,密封效果比較好,以及對工作環(huán)境和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)要求不高,實(shí)際中一直具有較廣的應(yīng)用。

1.如果羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)一個(gè)油封座里同時(shí)安裝有兩個(gè)油封時(shí),不能將其疊在一起一次性壓入;應(yīng)先把其中一個(gè)油封壓裝到指定位置,然后裝另一個(gè)油封;
2.油封安裝時(shí),主要不要弄錯(cuò)油封的安裝方向,應(yīng)將油封工作面指向需要密封的一側(cè);

4. Hot disassembly method. When disassembling the bearing with the hot disassembly method, first install the puller on the bearing to be disassembled and provide a certain pre tension. Pour high-temperature engine oil (about 100 ° ℃) on the bearing repeatedly, and change the fit interference with the shaft after the bearing ring is heated and expanded. If the bearing needs to be disassembled with little or no large amount of oil, it can be baked with a spray gun, but it should be noted that the temperature of the bearing should not be too high and the flame should not face the shaft when it is heated, so as to prevent changes in the material structure after the shaft is heated.
5. Hydraulic method. It is applicable to bearings with large size and tight fit. Prefabricated holes shall be provided on the shaft when hydraulic disassembly is used. Hydraulic disassembly tools mainly include hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pipes, pressure gauges and connectors, which need to be used with pullers. The pressure should rise slowly during operation. After hearing the sound of separation between the bearing and the shaft, use puller and other tools to disassemble. If the pressure has risen very high but has not been separated, the pressure should be relieved first to avoid equipment damage and personal injury caused by excessive pressure.
Method of replacing oil seal of Roots blower
When replacing the bearing of the three blade roots blower, it is inevitable to damage the oil seal during the disassembly process! Even if the damage is not great, the seal effect and service life will be greatly reduced if the oil seal is disassembled and operated for a long time! Therefore, when replacing the bearings of the three blade roots blower, it is also necessary to replace the corresponding oil seal!
The oil seal group of Roots blower is usually composed of 3-4 skeleton oil seals, of which two oil seals are installed back-to-back on the inner side in contact with the transmitted gas, and the other (or two) is installed on the outer side. All components are installed in a sealing seat to form a sealing group, and the middle can be greased and lubricated. Please check the oil and butter regularly and replenish them in time. The new oil should be replaced for the first time after the oil fresh air fan runs for a week, and for the second time after a month. In the future, it should be replaced every half a year. Installation method of oil seal of Roots blower
