近日,我公司接到一客戶咨詢羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)出氣溫度高怎么辦?為幫助客戶解決這個(gè)問題,工程師與技術(shù)部上門對(duì)該羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行了排查!排查后,分析羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)輸氣溫度高的原因是因?yàn)榱_茨風(fēng)機(jī)屬于強(qiáng)制運(yùn)輸氣體設(shè)備。因?yàn)榫哂袕?qiáng)制輸送性,所以一定會(huì)壓縮空氣,施加壓力減少空氣的過程會(huì)釋放出很多能量。能量就是熱量,不同型號(hào)的風(fēng)機(jī)溫度上升程度不同,壓力就會(huì)增大高,溫度高,但壓縮比的影響,正常但是溫度上升了20攝氏度左右,為什么實(shí)際上溫度上升可能會(huì)超過20攝氏度。首先,風(fēng)機(jī)可能有某些障礙,如機(jī)器摩擦,機(jī)械摩擦,會(huì)釋放出一定的熱量。如果排氣溫度進(jìn)一步升高,嚴(yán)重的可能會(huì)超過110度。

1.強(qiáng)制輸送氣體
羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在輸送氣體的時(shí)候,需要對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制壓縮,風(fēng)機(jī)的選型時(shí),有個(gè)壓力參數(shù),比如39Kpa,羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在壓縮空氣時(shí),可以承受的**壓力是39Kpa,當(dāng)前方管道的壓力達(dá)到39Kpa時(shí),風(fēng)機(jī)可以克服壓力正常運(yùn)行。強(qiáng)制壓縮空氣運(yùn)行,必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱量,所以,羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)輸出的氣體是帶有一定溫度的。
2.進(jìn)口溫度
輸送清潔空氣,進(jìn)口溫度一般控制在40攝氏度以下,超過40攝氏度,對(duì)于普通風(fēng)機(jī)的各個(gè)方面的性能要求較高,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的輸送效果。特別是夏季高溫天氣,本身空氣進(jìn)入風(fēng)機(jī)管道時(shí)便帶有一定的溫度,經(jīng)過壓縮后,溫度會(huì)更高一些!
3.正常風(fēng)機(jī)的進(jìn)口溫度
如果我們輸送清潔空氣,出口溫度盡量保持在100攝氏度以下,超過100攝氏度需要對(duì)油箱進(jìn)行水冷,如果我們使用的風(fēng)機(jī),壓力很高,需要采用雙級(jí)串聯(lián)型風(fēng)機(jī),并需要加裝冷凝器來對(duì)空氣進(jìn)行冷卻。這樣就可以解決羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)輸出熱風(fēng)的問題了!
4.高溫對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)的影響
高溫對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)的油箱、密封件、軸承等,都會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響,嚴(yán)重可能導(dǎo)致風(fēng)機(jī)無法工作,在每天檢查的工作內(nèi)容中,風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)體溫度、軸承溫度、油箱溫度,都需要進(jìn)行檢查,并做好每天的記錄工作。根據(jù)風(fēng)機(jī)工作強(qiáng)度,適當(dāng)提前進(jìn)行相應(yīng)配件的更換!

3. Inlet temperature of normal fan
If we deliver clean air, the outlet temperature should be kept below 100 ℃. If it exceeds 100 ℃, the oil tank needs to be cooled. If the fan we use has a high pressure, we need to use a two-stage series fan and install a condenser to cool the air. In this way, the problem of hot air output from roots blower can be solved!
4. Influence of high temperature on fan
High temperature will have an impact on the oil tank, seals, bearings, etc. of the fan, which may cause the fan to fail to work seriously. In the work content of daily inspection, the fan body temperature, bearing temperature and oil tank temperature need to be checked and recorded every day. According to the working intensity of the fan, replace the corresponding accessories appropriately in advance!
