　　D.因?yàn)橥鈦?lái)物和塵土導(dǎo)致葉輪與葉輪、葉輪與機(jī)殼碰撞;清理鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，查驗(yàn)機(jī)殼是不是毀壞。

　　根據(jù)之上這一系列對(duì)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的查驗(yàn)，主要能夠清除噪音大、風(fēng)機(jī)響聲出現(xiàn)異?；蝻L(fēng)機(jī)振動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。

　　5. the exhaust pressure of Roots blower rises suddenly, resulting in overpressure, which can be divided into the following conditions.

　　A. When the gate valve is closed, the gate valve must be fully opened;

　　B. The gate valve is damaged or the gate valve is screwed reversely, so it needs to be replaced or screwed reversely;

　　C. If the water level is too high, the water level must be reduced;

　　D. If the air inlet or pipeline is blocked, the dirt must be eliminated;

　　E. The cyclone is too strong, so the speed ratio or exhaust pipe must be reduced.

　　6. lack of engine oil or aging; The industrial gear oil must be loaded in 220\.

　　8. the clearance of overturned bearing exceeds the standard value or the bearing with seat is damaged; Replace rolling bearings or bearings with seats.

　　9. the drive gear of Roots blower is too large and misaligned, and fixed too loosely; Reinstall the drive gear and ensure side clearance.

　　10. the subgrade hardness of Roots blower is insufficient; The subgrade compressive strength must be improved; The anchor screw and other standard parts are loose. Tighten the anchor screw and correct the base.

　　11. the collision between impeller and impeller, impeller and casing causes abnormal sound and fan vibration, which can be divided into the following categories.

　　A. Impeller impact due to load and shaft deformation; Check the back pressure type, check whether the impeller is aligned, dismantle it for maintenance, and adjust the clearance.

　　B. Due to the overheating of Roots blower, the friction between impeller and casing inlet is caused; Check the filter device and back pressure type, and increase the gap between the impeller and the inlet of the casing.

　　C. The impeller is unbalanced due to scaling or dirt; Clean the impeller and casing to ensure the clearance during the operation of the impeller.

　　D. Impeller and impeller, impeller and casing collide due to foreign objects and dust; Clean the blower and check whether the casing is damaged.
