4.進(jìn)水管因長(zhǎng)期潛在水下,管壁腐蝕出現(xiàn)孔洞,水泵工作后水面不斷下降,當(dāng)這些孔洞露出水面后,空氣就從孔洞進(jìn)入民進(jìn)水管。

二、水泵轉(zhuǎn)速過(guò)低
1.人為的因素。有部分用戶因原配電機(jī)損壞,就隨意配上另一臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng),結(jié)果造成了流量小、揚(yáng)程低甚至不上水的后果。
2.水泵本身的機(jī)械故障。葉輪與泵軸緊固螺母松脫或泵軸變形彎曲,造成葉輪多移,直接與泵體磨擦,或軸承損壞,都有可能降低水泵的轉(zhuǎn)速。
3.動(dòng)力機(jī)維修不靈。電動(dòng)機(jī)因繞組燒毀,而失磁,維修中繞組匝數(shù)、線徑、接線方法的改變,或維修中故障未徹底排除因素也會(huì)使水泵轉(zhuǎn)速改變。
三、吸程太大
有些水源較深,有些水源的外圍地勢(shì)較平坦處,而忽略了水泵的容許吸程,因而產(chǎn)生了吸水少或根本吸不上水的結(jié)果。要知道水泵吸水口處能建立的真空度是有限度的,真空的吸程約為10米水柱高,而水泵不可能建立的真空。而且真空度過(guò)大,易使泵內(nèi)的水氣化,對(duì)水泵工作不利。所以各離心泵都有其容許吸程,一般在3-8.5米之間。安裝水泵時(shí)切不可只圖方便簡(jiǎn)單。

四、水流的進(jìn)出水管中的阻力損失過(guò)大

(4)閘閥可止回閥有故障或堵塞會(huì)造成流量減小甚至抽不上水。
(5)出口管路的泄漏也會(huì)影響提水量。
